Hulk Hogan is being sued by John Graziano, who was critically injured in an accident with the wrestler’s son, Nick Bollea. Attorney’s for the Iraq war veteran filed a lawsuit on Monday. The lawsuit claims that Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, and his estranged wife Linda Bollea are liable as the parents of 17-year-old Nick.

Nick was driving he and Graziano in his Toyota Supra in Clearwater, Florida when he lost control of the car and slammed into a tree. Graziano was air lifted from the crash site and has been left in a semiconscious state. He will require care for the rest of his life. Nick walked away from the accident unharmed.
