CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine and ecstasy and prescription drugs in Palm Springs Monday.

An officer found the actor, 41, asleep in his car, parked on the wrong side of the street, at 5:12 a.m.

The officer described Dourdan as "disoriented and possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs," according to a statement by the Palm Springs Police Department.

"The officer subsequently located suspected cocaine, heroin, ecstacy, miscellaneous prescription drugs, and paraphernalia," the statement continued.

Sgt. Mitch Spike of the Palm Springs Police Department told Us:

“The officers stopped because the car was parked on the wrong side of the
street. The vehicle was occupied and the officers didn't know if the
occupant was sleeping or in medical distress.

Dourdan was then taken to a jail in Palm Spring but posted $5,000 bail and was released at 10:30 a.m.

His rep could not immediately be reached for comment.
