Britney Spears was granted more visitation time with her sons during a hearing Tuesday. It is unclear how much more time the pop star was given. A lawyer for her ex-husband Kevin Federline would only say it was “an expansion of time.”
“It is a cautious step, but a step forward nonetheless. We are seeing signs of [Britney’s] progress, and consistency over time is something welcome by Kevin…the children are doing great,” said Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.
“We are so pleased with Britney’s progress, and we are appreciative of the court’s recognition of this process,” Spears’ parents said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Spears has kept a low profile in the past weeks. The 26-year-old recently attended her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby show. She has also been filming her second appearance on ‘How I Met Your Mother.’
