THE O.C. star Kelly Rowan has become a new mom after giving birth to a baby girl at the end of April.

The Canadian-born actress, who played Kirsten `Kiki’ Cohen on the axed drama, delivered her child in Los Angeles.

Rowan recently split from her fiance, businessman David Thomson.
