The Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation is in the midst of its second annual winter coat and canned food drive, which kicked off Nov. 15 and will run through Dec. 15.
The Foundation is looking to collect "slightly worn or new winter coats" and canned food items. Donations are to be dropped off at the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts in Stone Mountain, GA at noon on Dec. 8..
The items will benefit various DeKalb County organizations, including foster children, unwed teen mothers and women and children who are the victims of domestic violence.
Winter coats and can food items will also be collected at the Pac's Kids Christmas show. Titled "A Christmas Collage," the event is being billed as the Foundation's Christmas holiday mixer.
