Don't let the Zeitgeist film logo at the begining put you off. This is a well made documentary, a study of corporations since their creation. It embodies the views of both businessmen and anti-corporate thinkers. A good watch and quite long.

Here's a trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa3wyaEe ... r_embedded

and here's a link to the full documentary: http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/the-corporation/

It's a shame it doesn't come in three seperate parts, because that's how it's made, but I could only find that link. It's really interesting, it does show things we see everyday but in a different angle. I was amazed how I myself perceive certain corporations through characteristics of a real person. For me, my entire education I was taught that the corporate world is the core of economics and the future of the business. Even though I'm far from demonizing corporations, hell I'm and educated corporate lawyer, I'm aware that without maintaining some values we will see the corporate sword turn against us someday.

Well, when it comes down to it, the goal of a corporation is to make money. And money, as we all know, is the root of all doodoo.

About to watch this now.

By far, one of the best executed documentaries I've ever seen in regards to such a subject. I loved that it incorporated (no pun intended) views from both "sides" of the discussion, and I'll even go as far as saying that watching this has changed a portion of my life.

Thanks for sharing.

Glad you took the time to see it.

What I like about this documentary is even if it demonizes corporations it does so to a point. We're not gonna get rid of the corporations or the corporate way of thinking which is maxium gain minimum costs but understaining the methods and seing through the "corporate veil" is important for our future and maybe will make us think about the choices we make a little bit more.
