1. LA to Detroit
2. McNasty Filth - 4
3. Nowadayz - 3
4. Champion Sound - 3.5
5. The Red - 4.5
6. Heavy - 2.5
7. Raw Shit - 3.5
8. The Official - 4
9. The Heist - 3 (I personally like it, but I wouldn't argue if someone said it's horrible)
10. The Mission - 2.5
11. React - 3
12. Strapped - 3
13. Strip Club - 3.5
14. The Exclusive - 4 (thanks to Percee P)
15. Survival Test - 4
16. Starz - 4
17. No Games - 4.5 (one of the stronger tracks, and conveniently 1:47 long)
18. Bonus Track 1 - 3.5
19. Bonus Track 2 - 3

3.5 / 5

Head nod music, for the most part. Doesn't work too well in a personal environment, but will sound great in the car or at a party. Listenable throughout, but some of the beats get annoying because of simplicity and repetition. Lyrically, not much to hear, but that's expected. Jaydee and Madlib have some of the most boring deliveries, they often sound tired and monotonous, but it works sometimes. A lot of the songs often have nothing going on at all, and this incoherency is seen throughout the album. The album serves its purpose, though.

Word. I was really disappointed with Madlib on that one. The Red is one of the best beats I've heard, Madlib was cool on it, but I really thought he didn't do it the justice it deserved.

The album is alright, but I prefer the Jaylib vs Jrocc.. It's J-Rocc of the World Famous Beat Junkies mixing the best of J Dilla & Madlib's beats from recent years.

Personally, I think this is dope as fuck!!

Some of the production is a little off, But I think J Dilla kills verses. The beats are nice, as well.....

Talib kills it also!

I dunno, I really enjoyed the album, Percee P is an ill guest spot as well.

1. L.A. to Detroit - (intro)
2. McNasty Filth - 9 (this song is off the hook!!!!)
3. Nowadayz - 6
4. Champion Sound - 7
5. The Red - 9
6. Heavy - 8 (just cos I love that 30 second instrumental bit at the end)
7. Raw Shit - 8
8. The Official - 10 (best track on the album IMO)
9. The Heist - 7
10. The Mission - 8
11. React - 9 (they should have had Quas rap over the whole album!)
12. Strapped - 7
13. Strip Club - 8
14. The Exclusive - 6
15. Survival Test - 10
16. Starz - 9
17. No Games - 8
18. Pillz - 9 (bonus track)
19. Raw Addict - 8 (bonus track)
20. Ice - 8 (bonus track)

This album is HOT, its grown on me a lot since I first got it. J Dilla and Madlib should probably give the mic a rest, but this album is all about the beats! Definately one of the best albums this year.

Overall - 9/10

This album is HOT. Period. One of the best albums I've heard in a (long) while. Personally, I like monotonous flows, and I do think both Madlib and J Dilla kill it, especially when it comes to beats. Damn, this is just the hardcore, straight up hip hop I've been looking for. I recommend this for every hip hop head out there.

Oh, I forgot one Important thing: it really sounds like Dilla and Madlib are truly having fun on this record. That's a thing that matters, and it can also be heard on this one. I think the best tracks are always the ones where the artist(s) are enjoying themselves, having fun.
