The music video for "Knock You Down" was shot in Los Angeles, California with director Chris Robinson.

It begins in a house and Hilson falling into a bed and througout scenes of Hilson in a bed. It then cuts to Hilson and West kissing and then her knocking him down. Then Ne-Yo sings his verse and it cuts to a party where Kanye sees Hilson talking to Ne-Yo and then Ne-Yo gets knocked down as Kanye sings a verse then at the end Hilson gets knocked down into the bed.

After appearing on BET's music video countdown show 106 & Park over 60 times, the video was retired and inducted into 106 & Park's "Hall of Fame". Due to its success, BET placed the video at #4 its Notarized: Top 100 Videos of 2009 countdown.
