Very few acts win an award on their debut release. Then again, very few acts release a track as sickeningly heavy as last summer's "Bar Fight". Tucked away on Titan's inaugural "Surface" EP, the classic sample and beef business b-line scored them Best Track at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards 2011; setting solid foundations for the electrifying sonics that will follow...

Not ones to cash-in on such early attention with quick fire carbon copy follow ups, the Belgian duo have diligently toiled over their first full EP. A year -- and well over 100 slamming international DJ gigs -- has passed and they're ready to deliver a five track strong EP that truly justifies the early kudos they've already scored.

Each track a true head turner; this self title EP will establish Athys & Duster as an act to keep all ears and eyes on. The EP kicks off with "Nemesis", a full frontal bass assault complete with angular stabs, an endlessly mutating groove and a drop that seemingly comes out of nowhere.
